The Filter allows you to isolate a single good on a conveyor belt line and filter it off onto a different conveyor belt line.  Goods input at the top of the Filter and output on the top and bottom of the Filter.  Unfiltered goods will exit on the top and filtered goods will exit on the bottom.
Clicking on the Filter will open a menu to select which good you would like to filter.  It can be changed at will.
Make sure both outputs from the Filter do not backup or it may not perform optimally.  This is especially important for the filtered output line because it could stall out the input line and any subsequent unfiltered output.  This could create significant issues if you have further downstream Filters for other goods.
