Now that we have developed functioning artificial intelligence, we can explore the many ways in which machine consciousness can enrich human society. They can administrate public services, they can regulate the markets, they can automate space traffic, they can safely operate and maintain hazardous deep-space reactors and mining facilities. In effect, they can direct almost every aspect of society while nevertheless remaining our faithful servants. Furthermore, they will be able to adapt to a changing galactic map faster than can the human brain. Our world-class software engineers are confident they have finally developed a reliable and safe beta version of what will surely be the first of many such AI administrators.
