Steam Turbine is a building used to generate Energy
in late game.
Overview
The Steam Turbine converts Steam into Energy, turning the spent gas into Depleted Steam in the process.
Mechanics
For every pixel of Steam that passes through the turbine, it generates 10 Energy and converts the pixel into Depleted Steam.
To deliver the generated power to storage, the Steam Turbine must be connected to a battery that is not fully charged using an Energy Connector.
Tips
- Depleted Steam can be turned back into Water using a Condenser, which can then be turned into Steam again through contact with Lava, creating a nearly endless cycle.
