Wall Lights can be place anywhere open in the world, and emit a gentle colored light.
Mechanics
When placing a Wall Light, a color picker allows you to select what color light is produced.
By default, the color will cycle with every Wall Light placed.
Wall Lights do not consume anything.
Tips
The light given out by a Wall Light is considerably more than that produced by Shinelets.
