| Description | Deploys a fast scout drone. |
The Recon Drone allows you to move a view rapidly around the map.
Mechanics
When the Recon Drone is selected, left clicking will take control of the drone, and your view will be locked to the drone. Left clicking again will toggle between your location and the drones.
When in your control, the Recon Drone can move anywhere on the map. It will not reveal anything that you have not already explored, so the map remains black in any area you have yet to visit.
Right clicking recalls the drone.
Upgrades
The Recon Drone is not upgradeable.
Tips
Because the Recon Drone travels at high speed, this is a very useful tool for scouting the wider area.
