Depleted Steam is generated by processing Steam with Steam Turbine.
Mechanics
Depleted Steam behaves in a similar way to regular Steam - it will rise up until it encounters a ceiling and pool there (like Water does on the floor).
If the Depleted Steam rises into a Condenser, it will condense back into Water.
Tips
If there is no ceiling above the Depleted Steam, it will continue to rise until it reaches the Sky. Unlike regular Steam, Depleted Steam does not turn into rain.
