Overview
The Shovel is the basic tool used to dig up resources to start your factory. It is available immediately.
Mechanics
The Shovel is the equivalent of a melee weapon and can only destroy blocks in a small cone in front of the player. It has a small cooldown between breaking blocks which can be reduced through Fluxite upgrades.
Upgrades
Upgrades are purchases with Fluxite.

Tips
When the Shovel is selected, any diggable resource within range is highlighted so that you can see exactly what you can dig.
