Dry Amethelis is the result of drying Amethelis. When it's burned, Florin gas is released.
Mechanics
Dry Amethelis, in common with Amethelis, is a 'wispy' material and will drift as it slowly falls.
It can be moved using the Aerokinetic Fan.
When burned, Florin is produced at approximately 2 Dry Amethelis -> 1 Florin.
