In Game Description
What the Protectorate lacks in advanced missile technology, it makes up for in volume. These rocket launchers are just a series of tubes banded together with an ignition circuit run through them but up close, where they can't miss, their damage rivals that of even a particle beam.

I convinced the Conclave that you would lay down your life to protect your home and you have proved that to me, even when the Barons doubted every fiber of your being. I see the same in Keystone, though she is not like her mother and she is not of the Protectorate. I know her convictions and I trust them.
