In Game Description
An enormous bomb wrapped in a scored metal casing and triggered by a time delay fuze. These shells can wreak havoc on tight formations of small ships.
In Game Performance
Around 20+ shells will mission kill a Keystone. This can be used to position fire around corners at known or suspected beam keystones even without a track, as the fragments hitting are visible.
This shell allows monitor fleets of similar point cost, espeically those with Yard/Sun dual drives, to skirmish with Vauxhalls; forcing them to either retreat and occlude or die by landing damage to thrusters[1] and components through the methods listed below. This form of attrition also makes CLs much easier to hit with other forms of gunfire.
600mm Bomb shell is fire-able as far down as Huntress tracks/burn pings, EO Pike tracks, jam LOBs with up-to-date range memory, strobe correlator crossfixes, and, due to the semi-fixed nature of the C90 cannon, even EWR tracks<>As the C90 is unable to traverse enough to keep up with the EWR track inaccuracy, in effect it holds fire until the track error is close enough to the target for the gun to fire on</ref>
