In Game Description
The Pinpoint is the predecessor to The Bullseye Fire Control Radar that is now ubiquitous throughout the fleet. It is inferior in almost every way except its resistance to jamming, but provides good target quality if it can get in range

Constantine, we are unfortunately continuing to struggle with development of an in-house fire control radar to compete with the Alliance's Bullseye. So far, each iteration we have put into test production has refused to operate with any of our radar suites and deLisle is beginning to think that the Alliance is doing something that we just can't get our hands on, even when we use captured Bullseye systems. I can't give you an ETA on when we'll think of something, but I can give you an alternative.
A recently-defected Alliance captain just handed over the access keys to a distribution station filled to the brim with alliance equipment from the Graznovian Conflict. The important thing here is that there is a massive number of RF44s sitting in there which, for the time being, is going to serve as our FCR. It doesn't have the range of an Alliance Bullseye but it's better than nothing. I'll transfer the keys to you immediately.
