Fixed Semi-Active Radar Seeker
Similar to ACT missiles, a SARH employs a radar receiver to create a search seeker. However, the critical difference is that the seeker relies on Radar Illumination from other ships. For example a SARH fired from a host ship towards a target will only be able to seek and hit a target if an illuminator, such as a Spotlight, is actively being fired at the target. Effectively SARH acts like an ACT guided missile, except it will only "detect" radar returns which are being illuminated. These mechanics give the SARH seeker unique strengths and weaknesses. For example if the target ship deploys a decoy such as Chaff it may be possible to avoid illuminating the chaff while still illuminating the target thus ignoring the countermeasure. A SARH seeker will prefer targets in the center of their FOV similar to ACT seekers.
SAH as a validator is currently broken and functions exactly like ACT as a validator.
