=== In Game Description ===
A radar transmitter that deploys a high-power cone in a direction for the purpose of guiding semi-active missiles. A side-effect of this is the boosting of the target's radar signature, making the target easier to see.

=== Lore ===
''Just point and shoot, says the manual. Not much to report on the E55 or E57, they're your typical naval illuminators, except these don't provide lock-on capability, that's a job left for the RF101.''

''I heard these had problems back on Shelter, something about liquefying birds that get too close to the emitter. Don't think I would want to see that, to tell you the truth.''
