The Small Tavern is a residential building used to supply burgage plots with Entertainment.

Use

Upon placement, the Small Tavern will require resources to be constructed. The timber requirement must be moved by oxen and cannot be moved by people.

Once fully built, a single family can be assigned to work in it. However the tavern requires ale to distribute to the families of the burgage plots and do not make it themselves at the tavern. Ale must be made at a Brewery artisan plot from malt, or imported (via the trading post and regional wealth) before it can be supplied in the tavern.

There is an advanced tab to set a Reserve for Ale.

Upgrades

The Large Tavern is the only upgrade available for Small Tavern and requires 2 Timber, 8 Planks, and 10 Stone to construct. The Large Tavern expands the main tavern building and adds two extra workplaces, bringing the total to three Tavern Keeper workplaces available.

The upgrade allows for 2 additional families to be assigned, for a total of three tavern keepers, and the storage capacity to increase to 50.
