Greifinger deserted the Marines, assassinated several prominent figures in the Terran Congressional Republic, and fled to the farthest reaches of known space to escape justice. But that's the "official" story--you may find a deeper rationale for his actions if you utilize his skills against the MENACE. His starting Perk is Guerilla.
