Marines

The Terran Congressional Republic Marine Corps, otherwise referred to as the TCR Marines, is a service branch of the Terran Congressional Republic's armed forces. It is described as the most feared fighting force in all of the Core Worlds. The Marines were involved in military operations on several planets in various systems as part of the TCR's pacification campaigns. It is broadly assumed that the Marines function as the primary land-based force of the TCR Navy carried onboard warships, such as the TCRN Impetus, to fight on terrestrial bodies such as planets in the Wayback System.

Currently, Marine troops currently embarked on the TCRN Impetus are purely made up of volunteers who requested to be on the ship's mission to the Wayback System, with the full knowledge that they might not return back to the Core Worlds.
