Description

A portable rifle emitting an electro magnetic pulse over short distances that can damage and disable vehicles for a brief moment. Quite an ingenious design based on large scale spacecraft devices. The impulse is completely harmless against any organic target.

Weapon Skill

Fire a targeted EMP blast over short range that will disable all vehicles and turrets for 1 turn.
