The so called Blaster Bug developed the ability to spit a highly reactive chemical mix over long distances that explodes on impact. It can effectively damage or even destroy vehicles, so take care when approaching it with any armored unit. - In game description

Unit Stats

A versatile and deadly ground-based unit capable of both melee and long-range attacks — often in the same turn.

  • Attack Pattern: Up to 2 attacks per turn
  • Attack Type: High-penetration melee + ranged (can mix in a single turn)
  • Special Behavior: Can perform melee and ranged attacks in one action cycle
  • Accuracy: Low — ranged projectile hits only 1 squaddie

Tactical Note

  • Highly durable — prioritize with anti-armor weapons.
  • Can be taken down with the C1A2 SPC carbine, but requires 6–8 volleys from a 7–8 man squad at 3–5 tiles range.
  • Beware its unique behavior: move + melee + ranged in a single turn.
