Sachin Singh is a Squad Leader, belonging to the 15th Vanguard Division. For some reason, Field Marshal Zama suspects him of insubordination, but as far as anyone on the TCRN Impetus can discern, he is a very loyal soldier of the Planetary Jingwei. If nothing else, he can do a lot of damage with a good rifle and slew of Squaddies.

"The old adage 'quantity is a quality of its own' was taken to the extreme with the Planetary Jingwei. Guardsmen utilize large formations and target saturation to overwhelm their enemies--and consolidate the Jingwei's political power. Naturally, this strategy results in high casualties for all involved, but some Guardsmen still believe in achieving firepower superiority through sheer numbers.
