Marta Carda is a playable Infantry squad leader of the TCR Marine Corps in the game. She is a member of the Martian Expeditionary Force. Her cute face and bubbly personality may lead one to think she would be better suited as a mascot rather than a front-line grunt, and frankly, her poor starting stats buttress that assessment. However, her growth potential is by far the highest among the starting Marines, and if she survives long enough she can become a sterling soldier indeed.
