Description

The HIG Electrothermal Stable Accelerator (ELSA) is an advanced rifle that fires a salvo of super-heated plasma, able to melt through most armor and heavily damaging it in the process. Highly effective against heavy infantry and light vehicles alike.

Weapon Skill

A quick salvo of electrothermal energy with high penetration and damage. Melts the targets armor.

The weapon heat traps are vented to cool down the system and reduce heat buildup.
