Effect
Increases the number of units in the target friendly stack by [ 15 + 0.5% × hero’s Spell Power ]%. These units are temporary and cannot exceed 100% of the current number of permanent units in the stack.
Effects at higher levels
Level 2	Base effect bonus: 15% > 20%.
Level 3	Base effect bonus: 20% > 30%.
Level 4	Effect bonus per Spell Power: 0.5% > 1%.
