This patch was the full release into Early Access. As such, there were several month's worth of changes compared to the earlier demo.
Undocumented Changes
- Globally renamed various terms to use American spelling rather than British:
- Artefact → Artifact
- Defense → Defense
- Armour → Armor
- Added Hive and Grove factions
- Ascension skill renamed Righteousness
- Combat skill added
- Gnat moved to Neutral faction
- Removed unit Obsidian Dragon
- Multiplayer support added
- Many more templates added
- Map templates now show a diagram which represents their internal arrangement
