Biography
After Alvar surfaced, underground excavations required special permission. Mardit defied this law, disgracing his clan and costing them their horns. His youngest daughter vanished, while his sons reacted in starkly different ways. The elder, Mardit, renounced both the father’s name and the traditions that bound him. Fuelled by anger, he mastered ice magic, forging horns of Black Ice and pursuing the truth behind his father’s quest — bearing his new name: Blackhorn.
