Ironshell Beetle
From He is Coming Official Wiki
Ironshell Beetle is one of three optional bosses that can only be spawned in the Woodland area. The way to known if the Ironshell Beetle has been spawned in your run is using either an orb or going around the map until you spot numerous amounts of broken-down rocks turned to piles of pebbles in the area and right in the center is where you'll find the boss.
