Lifeblood Count
From He is Coming Official Wiki
Lifeblood Count is one of three optional bosses that can only be spawned in the Woodland area. The way to known if the Lifeblood Count has been spawned in your run is using either an orb or going around the map until you spot numerous amounts of dead trees in the area and right in the center is where you'll find the boss.
