Silkweaver Queen is one of three optional bosses that is spawned in the Woodland area. The way to known if the Silkweaver Queen has been spawned in your run is using either an orb or going around the map until you spot numerous amounts of cobwebs in the area and right in the center is where you'll find the boss.
