Housing

Overview
Every Pirate, whether on land or at the sea needs 1 Housing. At the beginning, only 
Tents are unlocked, but more efficient Cabins and Houses can be unlocked in the Compass in each principle direction.
Drifters will not automatically move between to another 
Pirate Camp with free Housing, only when they find a job in another Camp. Housing must be provided in each Pirate Camp separately or the Camp will become unsatisfied and risk losing
