Generates the icon for a pirate and the link together so it doesn't break across lines. Uses a default size of extra small to go inline in paragraphs.
Usage

| pirate name | the name of the pirate as it is spelled and capitalized in-game |

the size of the icon, or omit for the default size appropriate for inline in paragraphs:
