Marketplace is unlocked once Navigators, Buccaneers or Corsairs are available for hire.
Strategy
Assign Fetchers in the Marketplace to create connections between the Marketplace and Clothing production buildings. Multiple Marketplaces can be built per Pirate Camp, potentially making logistic distribution easier.
