Pier
Overview
The Pier allows construction, repair and crew management of a ship. Only 1 ship can be built per Pier. Once advanced ship types are unlocked, Docked ships can be upgraded to a higher level than their current level.
Docked ships will be restocked to a full supply and can be repaired in the Pier menu. Ship repairs will need the same materials used in its construction.
You can upgrade a ship into any ship type of a higher level than its current level. Upgrading the ship will unassign all crew and convert them into Drifters.
The Pier has an internal storage for any kind of loot. Docking ships will instantly transfer their cargo into this storage. Fetchers from other Buildings can be assigned to gather Resources from the storage. For Raid Goods, this is the only way to distribute them across the island.
Tips & Strategies
- Having a Warehouse nearby with all those items will make repairs happen almost instantly and reduce your ship's idle time.
- Upgrading and immediately canceling the new ship is a workaround of unassigning Crew manually, which would cost Cohesion.
