The game begins in your new workshop, where many amazing weapons and tools will be crafted. The first task should be to hire your first blacksmith.

Each blacksmith has three stats to keep track of:

  • Metalworking determines the time it takes to process different ingot types on the anvil.
  • Carpentry determines the time it takes to process different wood types on the carpentry workbench.
  • Design determines the amount of design points acquired each day.

Each blacksmith has a wage, which depends on their stats and traits. Blacksmiths may have the followings traits:

  • Demands a 10% lower wage

After hiring a blacksmith, you can start production.

To expand your business, you need money first. At the beginning the only way to obtain money is to complete merchant offers. Most merchant offers reward coins but occasionally they also reward new blueprints, elite workers, various decorations, or other rewards. Every 20 completed merchant offers will award an elite worker. There are three slots for merchant offers and the number can be increased via the Mastery Tree.

To progress and unlock new stuff, you must use the Mastery Tree.
