Trash Cards
From 9 Kings Official Wiki
Trash Cards are a class of cards that do not have a use. They are usually created as a result of interactions between other cards or decrees.
Trash cards can still be discarded at the Well to increase the oblation counter, and used for the benefits of plot-destroying cards if placeable.
